First-hour pricing covers the callout and the initial work on site. If a job runs longer, extra time is billed in clear 30-minute slots.

Outside Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and public holidays
All prices shown exclude GST. GST will be added to your invoice at the current rate of 15%.

First-hour pricing
Each service rate covers the first hour on site, including the callout. Most straightforward blockages are sorted within that time.

If a job runs over an hour, extra time is billed in 30-minute increments and flagged with you before the clock rolls over.
